About the Brazil Philatelic Association
Founded in 1968, the Brazil Philatelic Association (BPA) explores all aspects of Brazilian philately. We have published more than 200 issues of our philatelic journal, Bull's Eyes. We became an active affiliate of the American Philatelic Society (APS) in 1970.
Over the years, the BPA has met as a group at stamp shows in Washington, San Francisco, Chicago, Philadelphia, Norfolk, Birmingham, Orlando, New York, and Copenhagen. Most recently, we met at the World Stamp Expo Boston 2026.
We hold bi-monthly Zoom calls, during which a few members usually do a presentation on some aspect of Brazilian philately. These meetings are a great opportunity for members to meet and learn from each other.
