About the Brazil Philatelic Association
Founded in 1953, the Brazil Philatelic Association (BPA) explores all aspects of Brazilian philately. We have published more than 200 issues of our philatelic journal, Bull's Eyes. and became an active affiliate of the American Philatelic Society (APS) in 1970.
Over the years, the BPA has met as a group at stamp shows in Washington, San Francisco, Chicago, Philadelphia, Norfolk, Birmingham, Orlando, New York, and Copenhagen. We are currently planning a get-together during the Boston 2026 World Stamp Expo in May 2026.
In 2025 we initiated a bi-monthly series of Zoom calls so members can meet and learn from each other.
